The challenge
The Carlos Alcaraz Academy Camps were born in 2025 with no brand of their own, no community, no digital ecosystem and no database. The challenge was to launch the project across several markets and turn the international profile of the name into local sign-ups.
The people deciding and paying are the families. Reach alone wasn't enough: we had to build trust, explain the programme and reach people with real intent in each city.
ALLÓ's strategy
We built the brand and the community at the same time as we switched on acquisition. We combined an aspirational narrative for young players with reasons to trust for their families, and replaced one global campaign with local plans around each venue.
The launch was worked market by market so the lessons from each edition fed the next.
What we did
- We created the project's identity and narrative.
- We designed the website and its own digital ecosystem.
- We built and segmented the community by market.
- We produced sports content, testimonials and social pieces.
- We ran paid media campaigns aimed at local sign-ups.
Eight cities across three countries
United States
- San Diego
- Los Angeles
- Chicago
- Atlanta
- Philadelphia
- Miami
Mexico
- Acapulco
Australia
- Sydney
The result
San Diego, Los Angeles and Acapulco sold out in under six months during the 2025 launch. Excess demand made it possible to open two additional camps in Acapulco that same winter.
In 2026 the project continued in San Diego and Los Angeles and expanded to Chicago, Atlanta, Philadelphia and Miami, plus new editions in Acapulco and Sydney. According to occupancy data provided by the project, every edition held since the first event closed sold out.
The project now has a brand, a segmented community and a digital ecosystem of its own to keep growing beyond each edition.
